I have a 94 Dodge spirit with 98k and a 3.0 and for some reason when I go
over bumps or humps like in a parking lot I hear this knocking noise, almost
a bang in the right front side of the car, also I hear somthing that sounds
like a squeeky hinge being used along with the knocking. I think that my
struts are worn badly. Any suggestions?

2000 Cirrus with 2.5l
Speedometer is my Cirrus stopped working while driving; it pegged past
120mph then when back to zero. Odemeter still works and transmission
shifts normally. Couple of years ago I had to replace the speed sensor
on the transmission but the symptom was somewhat different; the
transmission would not shift out of first and the speedometer did not
work. Any ideas?
Hydraulic assembly- how long do remove and replace
How long would it take a garage to remove and replace the hydraulic
assembly on a Plymouth Voyager? This is of course that if everything
runs smoothly. I believe that you call it something different in
United States so I hope I haven’t confused you.

2005 Grand Caravan 3.8l – proper engine oil
I have an ’05 GC with 3.8l engine. Owners manual says use 5w30 engine
oil. On two occasions, my dealer has used 5w20.
My question is: is this substitution authorized by Chrysler and what
documents it?

1996 Dodge Neon
I’m having problems with my car that I believe to be caused by a fuel problem.
It sputters a lot and it takes forever to accelerate after starting out from
a stop sign or stop light. Basically, what I need to know is does this sound
more like it could be caused by a clogged fuel filter, the fuel pump going
out, or something worse? If it is something to do with the fuel filter, where
is it located? I’m not completely stupid when it comes to mechanics, I spent
over a year in an advanced automotive training program in utah, but I must
admit, Im kind of dumbfounded, and this problem has me stumped. It seemed to
happen just over night. It started yesterday when the temperature outside
what almost 116 degrees. Any help, suggestions, or advice on this would be
greatly appreciated.

Window regulator failure – second one – '04 caravan
I don’t see many complaints of this type, but my ’04 Caravan has had both
window regulators fail, with slightly over 40 K miles on it, only 4 weeks
apart. Any others like me?
I’m ‘kinda irritated! This should not be happening, and I definitely should
not be paying for such a defect.
Oh, by the way, we seldom open the windows, here in NC. It is AC or heater
time, all of the time! <g>

2003 caravan 3.8 v6 with auto & a/c
I’m having problems with the drivability of my car. The engine misses when
I gently accelerate between 40 to 50 mph. If I give more gas and it shifts
into a lower gear it seems to smooth out. Also another problem (may be
related) is that the tach will jump for no abvious reason when I’m
coasting down hill (tach will jump up and downseverl hundred rpm on scale,
without any noticeable change in speed on speedometer or engine speed)
